Carriage House
The mansion’s original Carriage House was built to house Mr. Maitland’s horses, carriages, and some of his servants. The Carriage House is a short walk, about fifty yards up the drive from the Main Inn. Carriage House Rooms have both King and queen beds available, offering ultimate privacy, elegant décor, luxurious baths, marbled tiled showers with rainfall, massage, and handheld showerheads, and a fenced secret garden.

Ocean View Suites
The Balance Rock Inn’s Ocean View Suites are timeless and spacious. Our suites are perfect for extended stays! Located in The Main House, all of our suites furnish a king sized beds, a sofa sitting area, and fireplace. Two of our suites have airy open floor plans with queen sleeper sofas for additional guests. One suite with a separate living room and dry sauna and two suites with full kitchens and living rooms with amazing views.
